An interactive simulator of bacterial chemotaxis, in which cells sense chemical signals and change their swimming behavior.
The simulator integrates receptor signaling, the CheA–CheY–CheZ pathway, motor switching, and flagellar bundle formation and disruption, allowing users to visualize and analyze bacterial responses to chemical stimuli.

An interactive tool for visualizing the genes, proteins, and assembly processes involved in bacterial flagellum formation.
Users can explore how deletion of specific genes affects flagellar assembly, compare mutant phenotypes with the wild type, and identify potential targets for further experimental observation. The tool also supports comparison of flagellar components among multiple bacterial species.

A simulator for understanding and analyzing the rotational behavior of bacterial flagellar motors observed in microscopy-based experiments.
Users can modify parameters such as ion motive force, mechanical load, and motor properties to estimate rotational speed and torque and visualize the predicted state on a torque–speed curve. The simulator can also be used to explore experimental conditions and interpret measured motor behavior.
