Large-deformation uprooting of trees with complex root system architectures is simulated using material point method with embedded truss elements. The numerical simulations are performed based on the MPM3D solver developed by Zhang et al. (2016). Input files and result videos for Case C-A and Case C-B in Huang et al. (2024) are provided below:
