Placing the order

• 1. The images on site are from products that we have already made and sold.

  2. These pictures are for informational purpose and on placing an order we will prepare a similar (and not exactly same looking) cake / roll for you.

  3. On placing the order we will get in touch with you to get exact requirements so that we can prepare a cake which pleases you the most

1. The forms will not place an order but it will place an inquiry with us.

2. We will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm the order details and bake it for you as fast as possible.

3. Placing an online order does not guarantee / acknowledge home Home Delivery of the order.

Product Pricing and charges

• 1. Various cakes with varied level of decoration comes at varied prices as well.

1. As we do not charge you till we have made your cake so these order forms will help us get your requirements for the cake you need.

2. Orders placed for less than 24 hours are charged extra and hence not listed in order forms.

3. Failure to collect your order is not our fault. We will still collect our due from you along with collection charges (if any)

Storage conditions and product shelf life

• 1. We sell 100 % eggless bakery product which contains milk solids.

  2. Storage conditions are same as standard cream based bakery products.

  3. General conditions include storing the product in a cool, dry and dark place.

  4. Stored products are best before 5 days from date of manufacturing.

Return Policy

• 1. We confirm your order by calling you after getting your inquiry.

  2. We will show you the product before handing it over to you so goods once sold will not be reverted / replaced.

  3. You still need to pay even if you fail to collect for placed order along with collection charges.

  4. We would not revert any charges unless its a manufacturing defect.

Delivery

• 1. We do not home deliver.

  2. We might try to deliver in case orders from the area are more than certain pre decided limit under our discretion.

  3. You need to collect your order within 24 hours from the time we inform you over call (and / or social sites) once your order is ready.

Common and most important Guidelines

1. You need to collect the order within 24 hours of us informing you order completion.

2. You still need to pay even if you fail to collect for placed order along with collection charges.
