PhD Positions Available in CREOL, College of Optics & Photonics, University of Central Florida
The Ultrafast Laser Processing (ULP) lab in CREOL, College of Optics & Photonics at the University of Central Florida invites applications for multiple PhD positions available starting from Fall, 2022. The ULP group conducts application-driven research in ultrashort laser pulse - solid matter interaction, optical nanofabrication, direct laser writing, multiphoton lithography, and laser processing for industrial applications.
The applicant should have a B.S. degree in physics, electrical engineering, or other related fields. Experience with optics and lasers is preferred. The ideal candidate should have strong motivation of leading independent research projects in laser materials processing.
