We use the machine learning and statistical methods to analyze the disease such as breast cancer, oral cancer, chronic dialysis, facial emotion perception, gout, hypertension, osteoporosis diseases, and greatly enhanced the accuracy of disease prediction. Our researches demonstrated uncertainty between risk factors and their impact on the prognosis of numerous diseases. Various deep learning and multi-objective based algorithms are proposed to demonstrate complex disease interactions or epistasis. The improved calculations contribute to the future research field of epidemiological association discovery, combining multi-objective theory with multi-factor dimensionality reduction, with good interdisciplinary and potential disease associations.
