I am an associate professor (lecturer) in the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences, Chukyo University. I am interested primarily in cognition of language processing and its cultural diversity, with special emphasis on the meaning-making process of lexical items like adjectives and demonstratives. My current work conducts eye-tracking and/or electroencephalography experiments to discover linguistic/cultural differences in the process of comprehending or producing linguistic expressions.
