The easiest way to get to the venue is taking a taxi from Osaka Station (around 1,000 JPY. Showing a printed map to a driver may help communication).

The next option would be trains (generally easier than buses).

Among the train options at the above site,

-15 minutes by walk from Fukushima station on the JR loop line

should be most convenient for you if you come through Kansai International Airport --> JR Osaka Station.

(Be careful, "JR Tozai line" at the 3rd option does NOT stop at Osaka station. You need to walk to Kita-shinchi station, 10-15 minutes walk from Osaka station, if you want to take this line.)
