Women in Economics

Dedicated to advancing diversity and inclusion in economics, as Co-Chair of Athena Swan at UCD and Events Lead for the Irish Society of Women in Economics (ISWE), I have championed initiatives to address gender imbalance and foster inclusive academic spaces. As such, I have led the effort of securing the Athena Swan Bronze Renewal award for UCD School of Economics and my public engagement efforts, including media appearances and a podcast series on the role of women in economics, aim to make the field more accessible.
