Phone List Fee Explanation

First overdue notice- Goes out seven days after the due date
Second overdue notice- Goes out 10 days after the due date
Third overdue notice- Goes out 13 days after the due date
Fourth overdue notice- Goes out 16 days after the due date
Fifth (and final) overdue notice- Goes out 19 days after the due date
Item status is changed to "lost"- Approximately 22 days after the due date
Account is sent to Unique and $10 Billing Notice is added to account- Approximately 23 days after due date
