Score cards should only be sent electronically to the Results mailbox (address below). There is no longer a requirement to post hard copies to the League Match Secretary.
The template for the score cards can be found at the bottom of this page. There is an A4 version which contains 2 cards and an A5 version which contains 1.
Each score card must be fully completed and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. These must reach the Match Secretary within 72 hours of the match.
Late or incomplete cards will incur a points deduction of 2 points per card.
All email submissions of results cards must be kept by the home team until the final league tables have been produced at the end of the season. Where there is a discrepancy regarding results submission clubs will be asked to provide a copy of the original email as evidence the result was sent within the 72 hours limit.
The cards should be completed as follows:
Home Club: name of the home team. For clubs with more than 1 team in a section this must also include 'A', 'B' etc.
Away Club: name of the away team. For clubs with more than 1 team in a section this must also include 'A', 'B' etc.
Ladies/Mens/Mixed: delete as appropriate
Division 1 2 3 4: delete as appropriate
Date: date the match is played
Away: names of the away team players. This must include a first name or initial & surname. Enter the number 1 pair in box D, number 2 pair in box E & number 3 pair in box F.
Home: names of the home team players. This must include a first name or initial & surname. Enter the number 1 pair in box A, number 2 pair in box B & number 3 pair in box C.
Boxes 1 to 9: these should record the scores as well as the initial of the winning club.
The name of the winning team & score should be inserted eg 5-4, 6-3 then the card signed by both captains before being emailed to the Results mailbox within 72 hours of the match.
