He received the B.S degree in Electrical Engineering from Yonsei Univer-sity, Seoul, Korea, in 2000, and the M.S and Ph.D degrees from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Daejon, Korea in 2002 and 2005 respectively.

From July 2002 to December 2005, he was with Integrant Technology Inc. From January 2006 to July 2007, he was with Qualcomm Inc., Austin, TX, where he was involved with DVB-H and Media FLO chip design. Since Sep-tember 2007, he has been with the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea. He became a full professor in 2018. His research interests are in microwave, RF, analog and mixed-signal ICs and system. He is serving as a Technical Program Committee Member of IEEE ISSCC, IEEE A-SSCC and a Steering Committee Member of IEEE MWSCAS. He was an Organizing Committee member of IEEE A-SSCC 2011 and IEEE MWSCAS 2011.
