Kevin Hackman

Camp Joy
Kevin Hackman is the Sales & Marketing Director at Camp Joy. Kevin has been with Camp Joy since 2002 and has served in a variety of roles while at Joy including educator, mediation specialist and camp director. Kevin’s passion for working with youth was inspired by his time as a camper at Camp Joy. Kevin is a graduate of C-Change Class 4 and Executive Service Corp of Cincinnati’s Nonprofit Leadership Institute. Kevin earned a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Xavier University as well as a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University.
Kevin is co-chair of the Board of Directors for the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network of Greater Cincinnati, and sits on the Cincinnati American Diabetes Association’s Community Leadership Board. Kevin has been the head coach for the Mason High School Ultimate Frisbee team since 2010.
Kevin and his wife Erin (a middle school teacher) are both avid runners and travelers. They live in Blue Ash with their dog Zeus.

Michelle Mancini

American Cancer Society
Michelle Mancini is the Director of Estate and Gift Planning for the American Cancer Society. Her territory includes Northern, Northwestern, and Southwestern Ohio and Northern Kentucky. She joined the American Cancer Society in 2005 as an Executive Assistant for the Nationwide Planned Giving Business Unit. Michelle became a Director of Estate and Gift Planning with the Nationwide Planned Giving Business Unit in 2007. Prior to joining the American Cancer Society, Michelle was the Campaign Coordinator for the Cincinnati Clean Indoor Air Coalition.
She currently sits on the Board of Trustees for the Greater Cincinnati Planned Giving Council and is a member of the National Partnership for Philanthropic Planning. In addition, she is a member of the Xavier University’s Women of Excellence Council and is on the Board of Directors for the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network. Michelle graduated cum laude from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio with a BA in Political Science and a Minor in Business Administration.

Tifini Ray is a Project Coordinator at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center (CCHMC) managing the logistics of chronic care research and project efforts. She recently joined the CCHMC team after spending two and half years as Specialist for the American Diabetes Association, advancing community programs and managing volunteer engagement. She holds a BS in Health Sciences and a Masters of Public Health in Health Services Management & Policy.

Ashley Kohl is the District Executive overseeing the Learning for Life Division of the Dan Beard Council, Boy Scouts of America. Ashley has been with the Dan Beard Council since 2012 and oversees all fundraising, marketing, board engagement, volunteer recruitment, strategic growth, and program development for the character and career development programs of Learning for Life in 12 counties of Greater Cincinnati and Northern KY. Ashley earned a Bachelors degree in French from Butler University.
Ashley is Communications Chair of the Board of Directors for the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network of Greater Cincinnati, and is an active volunteer in her church. In her free time she enjoys community development work, high adventure trips and marathon training. She is a resident of Mt. Auburn and a Cincinnati Native.

Kelly Lanser is the Promotion and Events Manager for the Corporation for Findlay Market. She is responsible for internal and external promotions of the market, as well as developing and executing programs and events to enhance Findlay’s customer experience. Prior to working at Findlay Market, Kelly was the Communication Coordinator at UGIVE for 4 years. She has been an adjunct professor at the University of Cincinnati for 2 years, where she teaches Public Relations. Kelly received her Masters of Arts in Communication with a focus on Community Relations and her Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a focus on Public Relations from UC
