My research interests are in the area of Supply Chain Management, with an emphasis on behavioral issues that arise in relationships between buyers and suppliers, as well as between firms and their workers and customers. Specifically, my research examines how behavioral tendencies can affect managerial decision-making, operational performance, and policy design.
