I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Operations, Business Analytics & Info Systems (OBAIS) at the Carl H. Lindner College of Business, University of Cincinnati. Before that, I was an Assistant Professor at Salisbury University from 2013-2016. I received my PhD (2013) in Supply Chain and Operations at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, and Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems (2007) at Tsinghua University, China.
