Once you have signed up through either the sign-up form or by dropping an email, I will get in contact explaining all of the details, including lesson schedules and payment.
Scheduling - If you plan on becoming a long-term student, we should have arranged a set day and time each week. In the case that I am not able to make it, I will inform the student a week in advance, and if the student can't make it, they should also inform me at least one week in advance.
Payment- All payments should be made at least an hour before the first lesson takes place, through bank transfer. After you fill out the sign-up sheet, you will be contacted with all the information and payment details.
Late arrivals - I will tend to arrive to the lesson around 5 minutes early, and I hope that my students will do the same. However, I do understand if you are slightly late (up to 5 minutes) and we will just carry on the lesson as usual. Unfortunately, if you are over 15 minutes late, I will close the meeting and assume that you cannot make it, sadly without refunding.
Privacy - All information you provide will not be shared with anyone as it is only for me to help plan my lessons.
Refunding - If I am notified well in advance, I will try my best to refund 100% of the money back. However, this is much harder to do if you are on the bulk option and still have a lot of hours left.
