Yessy has been a hairstylist since 2003. She graduated at Marme Beauty School in Costa Rica from Cosmetology. Soon after, Yessy opened her own hair salon from 2001 to 2004. By 2005, she moved to the US and brought her passion for hair with her. Yessy received her beauty license from Steve Papa Jorge Hair Academy in Chicago, IL.

After working as a hairstylist from 2005 to 2014, Yessy’s love for hair led her to open Yessy’s Hair Studio in 2014. Yessy loves the salon atmosphere and especially the environment. She encourages herself and staff to further educate themselves in the industry.
