Catalogue (Data)

The followings are the filament catalogue for the SDSS DR12 constructed using density ridges model and subspace constrained mean shift algorithm.

Some features for our catalogue:

• ranging from redshift z=0.050--0.700 (including MGS, LOWZ, and CMASS sample for the SDSS)

• one-dimensional curves as filaments

• well-defined orientation for each point on filaments

• error measurements at each point on filaments

• strong agreement with redMaPPer cluster catalogue

• consistent to the Voronoi model
