Both of our sons have worked with Ricky since 2014. Ricky has always been very supportive and encouraging to our sons. If he sees that something's not working with the students, he can find different ways to explain to them, until he finds the right thing that "clicks" with them.

We have always enjoyed lesson time with Ricky and greatly enjoy his personality and his enthusiasm for the game.
