I am seeking RAs and prospective PhD students with solid backgrounds in social psychology, judgment and decision-making, and consumer behavior. 

Applicants should have completed relevant coursework, read relevant books, and/or gained relevant research experience. 

Applicants should also demonstrate their diligence and learning ability - graduating from a top university with an excellent GPA is usually a diagnostic cue. 

I also expect applicants to be self-driven and meticulous.
