My research interest focuses on host-parasite systems as biological models to address evolutionary biology questions. I am particularly interested in the evolution of phenotypes (behaviours, life-history traits) in antagonistic species and the evolution of virulence(attack)/resistance(defence). I use field and experimental approaches to address these questions. My favourite biological models concern the aphids, their natural enemies (insect parasitoids and predators) and their heritable facultative symbionts.
