Programs/Activities

The Yankton Isaak Walton operates a very nice trap shooting range located 5 miles East of Yankton,SD on Highway 50. It features an air-conditioned clubhouse, modern voice-activated trap machines, and a great family atmosphere. All new shooters are welcome. We are open Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from April through September from 5:30 till dark. The rest of the year we open weather permiting on Saturdays from noon to 3pm. There is a summer trap league that runs from mid-May until September. Check the calendar to find shooting times and dates.

Mount Marty College Shooting Club, the first college level shooting club in the state of South Dakota, shoots at Yankton Isaak Walton range. Also the Yankton County 4H Shooting Sports Club shoots at the range. Then in the Spring of 2017 the Yankton High School USA High School Clay target league was started.

The Yankton chapter is very supportive of youth programs.
