Students and post-docs interested in joining my research group may contact me via e-mail. Although my principal subjects of investigation are the evolutionary biology and conservation of temperate and sub-tropical plant communities, I encourage students and post-docs to develop projects that are tailored to and motivated by their own taxonomic and geographic interests.
#Scholarships are available through the CONAHCyT graduate program. Students must apply to the University of Guadalajara graduate school.
#Funds for student's research are also available through University grants.
#Postdoctoral fellowships are supported by CONAHCyT and applications are open twice a year.
