I am the Associate Director of Networks and Security at Intelligent Automation Inc. (IAI). I am directing a broad portfolio of R&D projects on networks, communications and data analytics. My expertise is in wireless communications, networks, optimization, cognitive radio, graph analytics, machine learning, deep learning, big data analytics and computing. My work has contributed to various commercial products including Scraawl (social media analytics software, www.scraawl.com), RFnest (wireless network channel emulator) and RAPID/EZpro (radio programming software). I have published over 90 papers on networks, communications and analytics. Please see Publications. I received my Ph.D. in 2007 from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Maryland, College Park. I served in the organizing committees of IEEE conferences (IEEE PIMRC and IEEE Globecom), organized several workshops (at IEEE CNS, IEEE ICNP and ACM Mobicom), gave tutorials (at IEEE Milcom) and served on TPCs of major IEEE and ACM conferences.
