Xinfei Guo
received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering in
May 2018 from the University of Virginia, where he worked in the High-performance Low-power (hplp) Lab under the supervision of Prof. Mircea StanHe also held a M.S. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Florida, Gainesville, FL, in 2012 and a B.S. degree in Material Science (Electronic Material and Semiconductor devices division) from Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 2010. He has broad interests in different aspects of hardware design and microarchitectures. His PhD research focused on Reliability (Wearout and Accelerated Recovery Techniques), New Microarchitectures for Emerging Applications, Low-power and Energy-efficient digital design, Design Methodology and IoT Security. He has authored and co-authored more than 20 peer-reviewed papers and has served as reviewers for numerous IEEE/ACM conferences and journals. His work has been recognized by several awards.
