I received the B.E. degree in Department of Electrical engineering & Automation from Beihang University, Beijing, China, and the M.E. and Ph.D. degrees from Department of Computer Science,Graduate School of Systems and Information Engineering, University of Tsukuba, Ibaraki, Japan. I worked as an assitant professor (by special appointment) at National Institute of Informatics, Japan, from 2013 to 2016. Currently I am working as an associate professor at the Graduate School of Science and Engineering, Ibaraki University, Japan.
