Diffractometer

A configurable diffractometer (th with two-theta arm) system is available at XCS. The system is capable of positioning a wide variety of sample environments with a platform setup.

The top surface of the platform diffractometer is 300x300 mm². The distance between the top surface of the diffractometer and its center of rotation is 230 mm nominal. COR of two-theta arm surface is 270mm.
