General description of recipe
Ingredients
1 lb ground sausage (Jimmy Dean)
1 medium diced onion
1/4 lb fresh chopped mushrooms
7 eggs
3 Tbl sour cream
5 oz Salsa Suprema
8 oz grated cheddar cheese
8 oz grated mozzarella cheese
8 oz grated Velveeta cheese
Preparation
Todd's "Eggs Fantastic"
8x12 glass pan
Mix eggs and sour cream. Pour into pan and put into 400 degree oven for 8 minutes or until firm.
Brown sausage in skillet, drain and add onions and mushrooms.
Pour sausage mix over eggs.
Pour salsa over sausage mix.
Spread cheese over the top.
If eating immediately, broil to melt cheese and serve.
If freezing or refrigerating, just cover.
When serving, cook at 350 for 30 minutes.
