Based on strong recommendations from the majority of owners who attended the annual board meeting, we are currently evaluating the option of hiring full‑time maintenance.
Although the board was able to keep cost down and not increase the monthly maintenance fee, the owners proposed an increase to the monthly maintenance fee to cover additional expenses to get caught up with all maintenance activities. This increase will be reviewed alongside the new recommendations and the proposals we receive from various companies.
