I am always happy to support my students in achieving their academic and career goals, and I understand that a strong letter of recommendation is crucial to this process.
To write a compelling and personalized letter, I need to know you well. If you anticipate needing a letter of recommendation, please take the time to make yourself known to me as a student. This includes:
sitting near the front of the classroom.
engage with me through formal and informal conversations.
When you are ready to make your request, please email me at least three to four weeks before your earliest deadline. Include the following materials in your message:
a short summary of who you are and how I should know you.
your latest academic transcript.
your latest CV or resume.
any other information you believe will be useful.
Finally, please note that I cannot accept gifts of monetary value. If you would like to express your gratitude, a simple thank-you email or card is more than enough. Besides, consider leaving positive feedback on a website/forum.
