Our mission is to support all of the extracurricular activities, clubs, and sports team at WRHS. We accomplish this goal by providing fun and exciting fundraising activities and programs for students, families, and the community throughout the school year.
To request funds from the Club, please complete the correct form (links below) and email it to us (WRHSBooster@gmail.com) or leave a hard copy in the Booster Club mailbox in the main office.
Complete the Funding Request Form if your team/club would like funds deposited into your WRSD account, which you can then use for registrations, competition fees, etc.
Complete the Purchase Request Form if your team/club has a specific item or items that you'd like to purchase (for example, equipment, clothing, or plaques). If WRSD will purchase the item(s), the faculty advisor listed on the form will be required to obtain a receipt for the purchase from Donna Bradway, the Senior Accounting Secretary, and submit it to the Boosters so we can reimburse WRSD for the appropriate amount.
Complete the Request for Reimbursement form if you have purchased small miscellaneous items in the course of volunteering for the Boosters for which you'd like to be reimbursed (for example, stamps or paper goods).
