Vendor Information
Here is the link to register for the 2024 Craft Fair:
The cost is $85 if paying by credit card and $90 if paying by check. Registration after October 1 will be $90. You will receive an invoice once we review your application and you have been accepted to the craft fair. Your space will be confirmed upon payment.
We will process returning vendors (2022, 2023) starting on August 15th.
We will process new vendors beginning on September 1st.
The Holiday Craft Fair is held indoors at White Plains High School in White Plains, New York. The fair is open from 10am - 4pm for customers, and 7:30am until 5pm for vendors to set up and clean up.
Since it is a Free event we do not have exact attendance figures, but estimate it to be about 500.
All money made by the Crafts Fair is used for PTA Activities & Scholarships.
What kind of vendors are here?
Our fair usually has up to 80 vendors, some with home-made crafts and others with non-home-made items.
We have vendors that sell a wide variety of items including: jewelry, beauty / skincare products, knit/crochet items, leather bags/wallets, stained glass, paintings, light boxes, toys, holiday ornaments, gourmet food gift baskets, and books.
While our event is called a "craft fair" or "holiday fair" it is not a juried fair. While many vendors sell personally made items, others re-sell items purchased elsewhere, such as autographed baseball cards, books, flashlights, scarves, make-up, and jewelry.
We reserve the right to refuse registration in order to balance the number and kind of items that are being offered for sale. We usually sell out quickly of spaces to sell jewelry and knit/crochet items.
We do not allow the sale of any food items by vendors (we reserve that right for our PTA Snack Bar that occurs during the event).
What do you get for your vendor fee?
We provide an open space approximately 9ft x 9ft in size. Note that some spaces vary from this approximate size.
Limited Tables and chairs are available for rent. These fees cover our costs of custodial set-up, etc. and are not negotiable. They must be reserved and paid for ahead of time.
If NOT paid for in advance, vendors must bring their own tables, chairs. We do not have “last minute” table or chair availability, so please plan accordingly (you are welcome to bring your own tables and chairs).
Vendors may bring other items for their display areas. Vendors should plan to display their items in a nice way, including putting table cloths on tables, etc.
Vendors are responsible for their own set-up and clean-up of their site.
Vendors are not allowed on the property until after 7:45 am. Vendors must be cleaned up and off of the property by 5 pm.
Electricity is available at some vendor sites, and all requests for electricity must be made at the time of registration. We cannot honor requests for electricity after vendor space assignments have been made (in early November). Vendors are responsible for bringing their own extension cords.
Vendor spaces are assigned on a first-come first-serve basis at the time registration and payment have been received by the Vendor Chairperson. Once we have reached the expected number of applications we will NOT be able to accommodate any new applications. Space assignments are made based on the date registration is received and specific requests that are made. Space assignments are not guaranteed.
What is the vendor fee?

Registration will be confirmed by e-mail when received. Details on operating procedures, check-in, etc. will be provided one week prior to the fair. Space assignments are given out on the day of the fair.
Applications received after we are full will automatically be placed on a wait list.
There will be no refunds.
