RULES & REGULATIONS

General Rules:

Membership allows members, spouse and immediate family 17 years old and younger, the use of property owned by the club.  Married spouses, married partners and fiances (to be married in current calendar year) may be on the same membership.  Girlfriends and Boyfriends are required to purchase individual memberships.  

Only club members may use club facilities and grounds except during public events. Subject to board approval, a member is allowed to invite an individual to accompany him or her on club properties once for the purpose of recruiting new members. Afterward, he or she will be required to join in order to access club properties.  Visitors are only allowed to view the property.  They are not to use the rifle range, trap range, or bow shoot area unless it is an open to the public event.  Fishing and camping are also not allowed by visitors.

Illegal Drug use on club property at any time is strictly prohibited and membership WILL be revoked immediately.

Pavilion rental by non-members is allowed only if fees are paid and waivers are signed by all participants.

Anyone 18 years old or older must purchase a membership.

No Guests allowed without permission of the directors.

Parties only with the approval of directors and waivers are signed by all participants.  At least One month prior notice is required.

Fire-rings are to be used for all fires.  Fire-rings are not for trash burning.

ALL Trash is to be taken with you when you have finished using club property.

Please abide by these rules, violation of the above rules could void your membership.

Camping:

Electrical Camping is allowed in the front camp ground.  Tent camping is allowed around the club where there is a fire ring and picnic table, excluding the back pavilion.  You can not camp with in 100 feet of the back pavilion.  See the Fees page for more information.

Camping is limited to 7 Consecutive days unless approved by the Directors.

Fishing Regulations:

All State and Federal Regulations apply.

No Frog Gigging.

No Live Minnows for bait.

Fish Stocked by DIRECTORS only.

No Gas Motors on the Pond.

Blue Gill limit is 10 per day, per membership.

Crappies limit 10 per day, per membership

Catfish Limit 3 per day, per membership 16" size limit.

Bass are catch and release only - This was re-approved with a

unanimous board of directors vote at the 2015 Annual Meeting.

Rifle Range Rules:

Respect Yourself by always wearing eye and ear protection.

Respect Others by always keeping muzzles pointed in a safe direction.

Respect the Range by always cleaning up trash, spent casings and used targets.

Note: Targets are to be placed a minimum of 12” off the ground.  The wings on either side of the range as well as the backstop at the end are NOT to be used to hang targets.  Use of all firearms is permitted but only Respectfully & Responsibly.  If caught disrespectfully or irresponsibly using this range, membership will be immediately revoked.

All users MUST drive around the club (to the right) to make sure the back pavilion or trap range are NOT in use prior to using the rifle range.  Rifle Range is closed when Trap Range or back pavilion is in use.

The Board of Directors have deemed the following items as inappropriate for use as targets: rocks, concrete blocks, glass objects, bricks, golf balls, computer parts, compressed gas cylinders, CD's, or any item the Board may determine to be unsafe or inappropriate.

Trap Range Rules:

Trap Range is closed when the Rifle Range is in use.  Hand throwers are permitted as long as the user closes the rifle range first and throws all hand thrown clay pigeons towards the fall out area of the trap range, only.

Contact a Director to use the Trap House.

The range is to be cleaned up of all trash after being used.

All trap house users must follow the rules.

Failure to follow these rules and regulations can lead to membership revocation.

Reminder – Consumption of Alcohol/Illegal Drugs is prohibited while participating in WSC Hosted outdoors events that involve weapons of any kind.
