For most of the couples, the 1st important decision they make regarding their wedding is their venue. Your venue sets the scene for your big day. So, selecting your perfect venue is a massively important step in your wedding planning journey. Here are a few tips to find your dream wedding venue.
Start with the basics:
There are literally thousands of wedding venues out there and they are all available in different styles and sizes and in every location. So, prior to you researching & creating your shortlist, you have to begin with the basics.
What style of wedding do you wish to host? Approximately how many guests do you wish to invite? What is your budget & where do you wish to tie the knot? Is onsite or close by accommodation necessary? Does your wedding venue require to possess a license for ceremonies or a church nearby?
You don’t require accurate info here, just rough benchmarks that’ll help you narrow down your choices when you begin researching.
Check out your shortlisted venues:
Schedule appointments to check out your venues & do a little prep work prior to your visit. Note a list of things you wish to know or queries you want to ask the vendor. Do you wish to check their availability for particular dates? Do you want to know regarding catering options, accommodation, or payment schedules? To make the most of your venue visits you can take advantage of many tips available online.
Know what you are seeking?
What is important to you in your dream wedding venue? Do you wish open fires, idiosyncratic details, remarkable interiors, or lavish accommodation? Are you really interested in having a live band, fine food, fireworks or beautiful outdoors? Think about what you truly wish for & then see what each wedding venue can provide. Are you ready to compromise or is everything on your list a must-have? Only you can answer!
Ensure you see everything:
Most professional venues are truly professional at showing customers all the vital areas when they visit but if there is something you precisely wish to check out, don’t leave until you have seen it. It might be that you wish to check the handicap toilets, baby changing facilities, the guest accommodations, or the chairs for the wedding breakfast! Make the most of your visit by gathering as much info as possible!
