Accomodation

Participants will be accomodated at  Hotel-Villaggio Porto Giardino, Capitolo, Monopoli,where the workshop will take place.

The organizers will book an accommodation for you following the requests provided in the registration form.

Accomodations will be allocated  either in hotel or residence rooms (the Hotel will locate people on its own responsibility conditional on the availability of rooms)

The accomodation costs will be paid directly at the hotel desk at the check-out.

Accommodation request and registration form must be sent by 15 April 2014 (extended till 30 April 2014).

The participants are also free to book the hotel by themselves using the hotel web site. In this case, they are requested to inform the organizers that their reservation has been made independently from the workshop organization.
