Woofs Walks is a friendly, reliable and established professional dog walking service based in Grantham.
My name is Carol and I have been around dogs all my life, my first dogs were 2 Newfoundland's , then Labrador's, currently a Border Collie and our latest edition a Long Haired Chihuahua (from large to small we walk them all!) I believe a dog is part of the family not "just a dog" because they give so much love and devotion to their people pack! I have also worked in a dog rescue centre and have a lot of experience working with dogs of all breeds and temperaments as well as a good understanding on K9 body language.
I offer a tailored service to suit the needs of you and your dogs. Our speciality is group walks in the countryside rather than pounding the pavements, so your dogs can have maximum stimulation during their walk.
I am here to help relieve the stress and anxiety that comes with a busy lifestyle whilst owning a dog, with Woofs Walks you can leave your home guilt-free knowing that your dog will be walked and well taken care of, we treat your dog like they are one of our own. You will return home knowing your dog has had a great time and plenty of exercise.

Dogs like humans are social creatures who crave socialization, interaction and stimulation, Our walks will provide your dog with a welcome break, a change of scenery, different sights and smells, exercise, time to fully relieve themselves, as well as having some company during the day.
You may not have time to walk your dog due to work commitments or suffering from an injury and are currently unable to walk your dog yourself. You may just be having a family day out or a special event to attend and you are worried about leaving your dog for the day.
Many breeds like Border Collies, Jack Russell Terriers, Labradors, Spaniels to name a few need regular exercise to remain happy and healthy. Unfortunately its often the case that if dogs do not get enough exercise and stimulation they begin to exhibit signs of destructive behaviour like chewing, digging, problem barking and even aggression. In most case's it is not because the dog is bad it could be that they are just bored. A tired dog after a stimulated walk is a happy dog.
Your dog will have a structured yet stimulating walk with new sights, smells and plenty of treats.
If dogs get muddy I will wash them down at the end of the walk with our dog friendly jet wash, which is specifically designed for dogs, please leave me a towel, so I can dry your dog at the end of our walk.
Our walks are an hour long (weather permitting), the walk time does not start until we arrive at our walking destination.
Boots are removed or we use overshoes when we get back home, so there will be no fear of messy mud marks in your home!
I offer a free, no obligation meet and greet, so we can arrange a day and time that's convenient to come to your home and introduce myself, meet you and of course your dog and answer any questions you may have.
Whilst travelling to our walking destination, your dog will be safe and secure in our air conditioned bespoke canine van with built-in steel cages
If dogs get particularly muddy, I use a dog jet wash with warm water after their walk, its specifically designed for dogs !
It's important to wash the mud off of your dog's after walking them, due to Alabama rot that can be picked up on paws and legs on muddy walks. Please see the link (below) for further advice and what signs to look for. You can also see if your area is affected with Alabama rot.
