Skittle and Supper Evening

Another successful Event by the Woodmancote Society. The Skittles Night at the King's Head was very enjoyable, with great merriment for all. This was the last social event for 2023, as many of you will be busy with other things in December.

We wish you all a very Happy Christmas and look forward to a more Positive and Prosperous New Year.

Our Fish and Chip Train Ride
Saturday 22/07/2023
Members arrived at a very rainy Toddington, and we were met by the train manager who advised us which coach we were in.  The train departed from platform 1 at 7.00pm promptly. The fish and chips were served promptly on our arrival at Winchcombe Station. Once everyone has been served the train departs onwards to Cheltenham Racecourse Station this is where we were surprised to receive excellent ice creams. Waiter service was available on the train for soft drinks, beers, wines, teas and coffee. We arrived back at Toddington soon after 9.00pm.
An excellent trip, the fish and chips were very good.
Thank you to Sue and John Hamer (WS Event Organisers).
