Final results for the 2022 races are here: 10k, 6k

There were 380 finishers in the 10k, 57 in the 6k, and also quite a few 6k walkers. Weather conditions were great (on Saturday) but on Sunday although the race start was dry this didn't last and we had our first ever wet Woggle. This didn't deter people from stopping to eat their bacon butties in Myrtle's Courtyard after the race.

We used chip timing for the first time this year, and it seems to have worked ok. A number of people switched from the 10k to the 6k on the day, and where we know about this they should appear in the appropriate set of results. If you find that you appear in the wrong set of results, or don't appear at all, please email secretary@bvrunners.org.uk with your name and your race time if you recorded it on your watch.

tough, seemingly endless ascents but the last mile is downhill. Great event

This was my first event race I've taken part in and I was nervous at the start. I took part in the 6k and I really enjoyed it.

1.5 k down hill finish meant a chance to have a burn up with other runners in the woods.

Great bacon roll to finish, car parking easy. Loads of friendly marshals.

Third year of this race and it was better than ever. The new 10k course was tough but beautiful and the organisation fantastic.

A great day and wonderful atmosphere. Well done guys.

My first event in 3 years... Loved it!
