How is Payment Accepted?
We accept online payment through PayPal only.
When do you expect payment?
We will accept payment from start to finish of a product.
If paying after please be sure that you are definitely getting the product.
If payments are not met in a reasonable time after completion, the products will be sold as a premade; regardless of customization.
If the product is complete and the customer no longer wants the the product or dissatisfied then it will be sold as a premade; regardless of customization.
What about shipping cost?
Shipping cost is paid for by the buyer.
Shipping is through USPS.The cost is calculated through weight, distance, and packaging.
We will need an address or zip code to give you the estimated amount for shipping.
Usually a large thick envelope is used for packaging Hats. Boxes for tails.
Most orders cost between $3 to $25 for shipping in US.
Tracking is not available for all countries and cost varies for International.
Can I see Progress of my custom?
Yes you can. Just ask and we will gladly send you image updates.

We reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason.
We get to use images of your commission for sales, merchandise, and advertising if needed.
We get to post images of your commission where ever we want.
The time it takes to do a a commission is pending sometimes it takes awhile and for a big piece can even take months, so please be reasonably patient.
You get three chances to edit what you want on the sketch of your commission, once i start line art that is what you get for lines.

~HAT DETAILS~
-Materials
Hats are made with fleece, faux fur, and some cases they use other synthetic fibers.
Hats are made with the same pattern (An average head size 22-24) but fleece is a stretchable material that comes in different thicknesses.
Hats size will vary only slightly.
-After Care
Hand wash in cold or luke warm water; mild soap.
For Machine wash use delicate setting and
cold water; mild soap.
Air Dry Only.
~FABRIC TAIL DETAILS~
-Materials
Tails are made with fleece, faux fur, and some cases they use other synthetic fibers.
Filled with foam and/or poly fill.
Tails shapes and sizes vary on customer specifications.
Tails are belt loop style with elastic or reinforced fleece.
-After Care
Spot clean unless excessively soiled.
Hand wash Only. Cold or luke warm water;mild soap.
Do not over saturate with water,it may move and/or compress stuffing materials.
Air Dry Only.
~YARN TAIL DETAILS~
-Materials
Tails are made of brushed acrylic yarn and some cases they use other synthetic fibers.
Bases are braided yarn. Attachments may be a plastic or metal ring, binder hoop, key ring, or carabiner clip
Tails shapes and sizes vary on customer specifications.
-After Care
Brush often.
Spot clean unless excessively soiled.
Not recommended to get wet.
If fur becomes clumped you can brush while applying heat from a hair dryer to smooth and straighten fibers.
~SCARF DETAILS~
-Materials
Scarves are made with fleece, faux fur, and some cases they use other synthetic fibers.
Fleece is a stretchable material that comes in different thicknesses.
Sizes vary on customer specifications, usual length is between 4.5'-5'.
-After Care
Hand wash in cold or luke warm water; mild soap.
For Machine wash use delicate setting and
cold water; mild soap.
Air Dry Only.
