Vapor Lock

Old Car buffs have reported the results of ceramic coated exhaust manifolds has dramatically reduced the under-hood ambient temperature resulting in fewer instances of Vapor Lock.

Fuel Line & Exhaust Insulation

Theory says that if you insulate your fuel line from the heat then the fuel wouldn't be subject to the effects of that heat (vapor lock).
