Dear All

Please find attached the Code of Conduct document that all anglers must sign. Should you have the condensed version on file and anglers have already signed that will suffice. I have created a Dropbox link whereby you can either upload the condensed version or the last page of the full document whereby the angler has signed.

Please forward to your club chairmen.

All anglers participating in any events must have signed the Code of Conduct to compete.

Where possible please use the dropbox link, alternatively you email me. You should be able to invite your chapter chairmen to upload to the Dropbox folder by sending them the link.
