About the Complex

The Winter Park Lodge II Home Owner's Association was founded in February, 1977 with the primary purpose and objective to oversee all business activities, fiscal responsibilities, and act in the best interests of all the owners within our community. 

 The complex consists of 80 condominium units, 24 garage spaces, and a number of different common areas including a pool, hot tub, ski lockers and bike areas.  Our complex hosts many owners who live on-site either year round or intermittently, along with other visitors throughout the year.
