Available in fixed blade and folder models, the Uzi Defender knives feature high carbon stainless steel blades with bead blast finish, and hard anodized, scratch resistant 6061 aircraft aluminum handles with black rubber grips. Each Uzi Defender is packaged in an aluminum storage case with fitted foam interior.

The Uzi Knives Uzi Defender Fixed Blade Knife, designed by Fred Carter, features single piece, full tang high carbon stainless steel construction with bead blast finish. This beefy fixed blade knife has a 5 3/16" 420 stainless steel big belly blade with bead blast finish, shark tooth tip for added strength, fine toothed spine area for chopping, pronounced finger choil, and notched thumb rest. Geared for grip-the contoured handle has aggressive friction grooves, and scratch resistant, black or gray hard anodized 6061 aircraft aluminum scales with black rubber grips. The exposed tang has integral lanyard slots, and prying tool. 11 ¼" overall, the Uzi Defender Fixed Blade knife comes with a form fitted Kydex belt sheath with multiple lashing holes, and is packaged in an aluminum storage case with fitted foam interior.
