I am an Associate Professor of Economics in the Dahlkemper School of Business at Gannon University.  I am also a co-founder of StockMind AI.  I received my Ph.D. in economics from West Virginia University in 2014.  My research interests are in public finance, public choice, and applied microeconomics.  On this website you can access my CV and academic publications, as well as information on my teaching and media appearances.
