The Focus Worldwide consulting company advises businesses and communities around the world. It is being hired by leaders in Asia to prepare an important study. With the 21st century being termed the “Asian Century”, your task as employees of Focus Worldwide is to help the Asian leaders deal with their greatest fear as the region advances economically and militarily.

With some dictatorships already in place and only a short history of democracy in the region, you are tasked to prepare guidelines on how these business and community leaders can help their respective countries prevent the further growth of dictatorships.

You will look at the Russian Revolution, World World I and the events leading up to World War II to learn why so many dictators came into power. Your team of experienced economists, historians, anthropologists, psychologists and political scientists using the ESPRAT+G approach to social studies will analyze their findings to prepare a series of products to guide your clients and their nations as they prepare for the future.
