Welcome to my webpage. I am currently a Senior Fiscal Analyst with the Indiana Legislative Services Agency. I am enjoying learning about state government and policy as I prepare fiscal notes for the legislative sessions. I am also a member of the tax incentive review team, and recently created two reports on school financial condition analysis.

I earned my Ph.D. in Economics from Tulane University in 2016. I graduated from Ball State University with a B.A. in International Business with a focus in Economics.

My research interests are education policy, public economics, and inequality and poverty. Specifically, I am interested in the education market structure and its implications for charter school reform, and the inequality of education in the United States. My current research focuses on the use of a state-level charter authorizer in New Orleans, and what it means for both policy and student outcomes.
