Prince Rupert of the Rhine

Prince Rupert lived from 1619 until 1682, born in Prague

raised in the Netherlands. He was a famous commander in the

English Civil War, and it seems as thogh Prince Rupert were also

the inventor of the rocker-- an instrument used for the mezzotint.
