The french philosopher was born as Henri-Louis Bergson on October 18, 1859 in Paris, France.
He died on January 4, 1941 in Paris. In 1900 he became professor at the College de France.
He was awarded for his brilliant philosophical works with the Nobel Prize for Literature
in 1928 (although, some sources say 1927).
