The “Paradise”, is the third part of Dante’s three-part work The Divine Comedy that tells the story of an imaginary journey through Inferno (Hell), Purgatorio (Purgatory), and Paradiso (Paradise).
The section of “Paradise” consists of 33 cantos.
The work centers on Dante’s journey to God under the influence of Beatrice.
After going through the first two parts of the work, Hell and Purgatory, while guided by Vergil, Dante is now guided through Paradise by Beatrice to complete his journey to the afterlife.
