Oleander is a poisonous evergreen shrub (Nerium Oleander) of the dogbane family.
The dogbane family belongs to the Apocynaceae family of herbs, shrubs, and trees found in most parts of the world.
It has white, pink or purple flowers and is native to the Mediterranean region.
