Loggia

"I had moved to the other end of the loggia. Below me, through hanging groves,

white roofs and domes flashed like a smile."[1]

A loggia is " a room or gallery with one or more open sides, especially one that forms part of a house and has one side open to the garden."[2] This is an Italian word.
